It’s essential for these students to experience an accessible higher education and professional environment in social work.
This scholarship aims to financially assist students with disabilities who are pursuing a social work education, helping to reduce the barriers they encounter.
Eligibility:
High school, undergraduate, or graduate students with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or neurodivergence who are pursuing social work are encouraged to apply. Graduates of accredited social work programs are also eligible, and the scholarship funds can be used for student loan repayments.
To apply, candidates should describe themselves, their career aspirations in social work, and how their experiences with disability, chronic illness, or neurodivergence will influence their professional path.

Donors will collaborate with us to review all applications based on the scholarship criteria. Winners will be selected based on the merit of their applications.
How will the scholarship award be paid?
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner’s current or future academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution if required. For qualified educational expenses other than tuition, we will work directly with the winner to ensure the funds are appropriately allocated.
How will my scholarship application be verified?
Before awarding the scholarship, the winner will need to confirm their academic enrollment status. This may involve verifying their Student ID and/or providing their most recent transcript.
